Delivery Fees

• free for all orders above 1500 RON

• 24.9 RON for all orders not surpassing 1500 RON delivered in Bucharest.

Shipping times

• 1-2 days for all products currently in stock

• 2-5 days for all products currently in our suppliers EU warehouses

• 10-15 days for all products not available in our suppliers EU warehouses.

Payment

• cash or credit card in our store

• cash-on-delivery. This option is unavailable for all orders above 2000 RON.

• on-line by credit card, upon placing the order

• payment in maximum 6 installments with the following cards: CARD AVANTAJ (Credit Europe Bank); BONUS CARD (Garanti BBVA); STAR CARD (Banca Transilvania); shopping cards issued by Alpha Bank 

• bank transfer. Please send us a copy of the money order to office@metricmotion.ro. The order will be processed and delivered only after receving it.

• accepted cards for on-line payment are: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard/Maestro

• on-line payments are processed outside the website via NETOPIA PAYMENTS , and are carried out in conditions of maximum security and with no additional fee
